Payment
All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept all major credit and debit cards instore and over the phone and through our website.
All deposits are non-refundable should you the buyer change your mind. Deposits will only be refundable should we be unable to supply your goods by your due date.
All goods remain the property of The Baby Barn Pram & Nursery Centre Ltd until full payment has been received. Goods will only be despatched once full payment and delivery costs, where applicable, has been cleared.
By placing an order you have deemed to agree to all of our Terms and Conditions of The Baby Barn Pram & Nursery Centre Ltd.

We reserve the right to alter prices & specifications without prior notice.
All weights and measurements shown in product details are approximate.
Part Orders/Collections
We do not despatch part orders unless an item is out of stock and on an extended lead time, thus delaying the despatch of a larger order.
Upon collection of your boxed order any missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days.
We do not take responsibility for assembled items that become damaged, marked or scratched once collected.
Delivery Charges
We do offer a local delivery service for all instore purchases. All deliveries will be to the front door of the home/building address. If you do not live on a ground floor, please ensure someone is home who is capable of handling the delivery. Please note majority of furniture boxes are a 2 man task. To learn more about our pricing please call the store on 01926 634704. The postcode of the delivery address will required. Items delivered will not be assembled.
Smaller items will be despatched by either Royal Mail or DPD. When an item is in stock with us please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
We only deliver to UK mainland. We do not ship overseas.
Ex-Display items
From time to time we sell some ex-display products to make way for new lines. This is a great opportunity to grab a pram, travel system or furniture at a fraction of retail price. All ex-display items come with their brands warranty and customer service that we offer to you after collection of your product. All Ex-Display items are collection only, sold as seen and we cannot provide storage for them.
We do not courier or post ex-display items as they are already assembled and used. We look after our display and demonstration items as best we can however there will sometimes be marks and scuffs which will be pointed out to you upon demonstration of the product.
Storage Fees - Applicable for all orders 1st May 2026 onwards
1. Complimentary Storage Period - Customers are entitled to 90 days of complimentary on-site storage with their order. The 90-day period begins from the date we contact you to confirm that your goods are ready for collection or delivery.
2. Storage Fees - If goods are not collected or delivery is not arranged within the 90-day complimentary period, a one-off payment of £25 per order, will apply from day 91 onwards.
3. Payment of Storage Fees - All applicable storage fees must be paid in full prior to or upon collection or delivery of goods.
4. Customer Responsibility - It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or delivery within the complimentary storage period. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you, but failure to receive or respond to our communication does not extend the storage period.
5. Collection or delivery must take place within the 90-day complimentary storage period. Customers may request to book a collection or delivery date within this period; however, booking a date beyond the 90-day complimentary storage window does not extend the free storage entitlement. At our discretion, we may allow a maximum additional 14-day grace period solely for the purpose of arranging a confirmed collection or delivery slot. This grace period must result in a confirmed collection or delivery date within that 14-day timeframe. Where a confirmed collection or delivery date is not scheduled within the 90-day period (or agreed 14-day grace period), storage charges of £25 per week (or part thereof) will apply from day 91 until the goods are collected or delivered. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule booking requests that fall significantly outside the complimentary storage period.
6. Non-Collection of Goods - If goods remain uncollected for an extended period (e.g. 90 days or more) and storage fees remain unpaid, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover outstanding charges, which may include the sale or disposal of goods in accordance with applicable law. Any proceeds will be used to offset outstanding balances.
7. Liability - While goods are in storage, we will take reasonable care to ensure they are kept safe and secure. However, our liability is limited to the value of the goods as stated on the original sales invoice.
8. Agreement - By placing an order with us, you agree to these storage terms and conditions.
9. The Baby Barn Pram & Nursery Centre Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the storage fee at any time.
Warranty
All products purchased from us carry a manufacturer’s warranty - please see your manufacturer instructions or website for more information on this. It is up to you the customer to ensure you register with your manufacturer for any extended warranty offers that maybe available.

You must provide us with proof of purchase before any warranty or repair can be accepted.
All goods, which develop a manufacturing fault within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Refunds
Our returns policy is dependant on the item purchased.
Pushchair/Travel Systems
If you the customer change your mind on your purchase & there is no manufacturing fault with the item purchased, we are not in a position to offer a refund or exchange. To prevent this from happening, we recommend you come into store & try as many systems as possible. Take advantage of our 5 star service & even try it in the boot of your car before purchasing.
Lightweight Strollers/Travel Strollers
If you the customer change your mind on your purchase & there is no manufacturing fault with the item purchased, we will offer an exchange or store credit to the value of item sold at time of you purchasing it within 28 days of purchase. The item must be returned unused, with all relevant tags, instructions, rain covers & any accessories it was sold with at the time of purchase. Upon inspection of the product, if it is felt it is not in a resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the offer of exchange or store credit.
Car Seats
Unfortunately due to prioritising safety we cannot accept any returns of car seats that have been bought in-store and fitted into your car. We offer a full car seat fit check service free of charge to all our customers upon purchase so be sure to utilise that.
Small Sundrie items
Small items such as toys, blankets, if you the customer change your mind & there is nothing wrong with the item purchased, we will be happy to offer a refund within 28 days of purchase. A receipt must be present & the item must be unused and returned within its original undamaged packaging. Upon inspection of the product, if it is felt it is not in a resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the offer of a refund.
Furniture
Unless there is a manufacturing fault we cannot accept any returns of nursery furniture that has been assembled.
Mattresses
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns of pram, moses, crib, cot or cotbed mattresses once they have been opened. We can accept mattresses if they are unused and in their original plastic packaging. Any returns must be within 28 days and a receipt must be present.
Miscarriage/Stillbirth
Its not an easy subject to talk about but we feel its important to be clear on where you stand with your purchase in the unfortunate case of a miscarriage or stillbirth. We are here for you and your family and would like to reassure you that you will receive a full refund on any payments made on your order.
If you have collected the goods from us already we will come and collect them from you at a time to suit you to prevent any further distress. To discuss this further, please call us and ask for Sue or Lottie on 01926 634704.
Free Mattress with Furniture order - Show offer on receipt.
After purchasing at a show or event your receipt booklet will have the offer of a free mattress with your furniture order. This free mattress is limited to any orders of a 3 piece furniture set across the brands we stock. The mattress size will be in relation to the size of cot or cotbed placed in the related furniture order. The mattress will be either MiniUno Coolmax Fibre Cotbed mattress worth £59.99 or MiniUno Coolmax Fibre Cot mattress worth £54.99. If these models are not available, a mattress of a similar price and standard will be offered at the discretion of the Managing Director and/or Store Manager.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards an alternative. The customer reserves there right to refuse the offer. The receipt booklet MUST be presented upon ordering the 3 piece furniture set for the offer to be used. Failure to present the receipt booklet results in the offer not standing.

When subscribing to our newsletter via our website you will receive an offer of £10 off your next purchase in store to your email address. The minimum in store spend for this offer is £40. No cash alternative or store credit is available against this offer. To redeem this offer please present your email to a member of the team before payment of your items. This item is redeemable in store only.

- Competition will run during the dates stated on the launching post. Entries after this time will not be counted.
- The winner's name and social media username maybe posted on the social media profiles of The Baby Barn, Marton after the winner has been selected.
- From time to time, the competitions run across some or all of our platforms. Before entering, please check the competition launch post for clarification.
- One winner will be selected at random from all entrants and across platforms listed in the launching post.
- Competition winner can either collect the prize in our store at Marton or postage can be arranged for an additional fee payable by the winner.
- The prize will only include what is listed on the launching post. We will not be able to swap or change any of the products for an alternative.
