The Baby Barn has been the leading Baby Equipment Store in Warwickshire since 1993.
The shop was founded by Sue and Ian when their eldest child, Lottie, was just 9 months old! Now, a mum herself, you will find Lottie in store helping her parents with her little boys, Freddie & Charlie taking the roles of chief testers! Funny how things come around!

Sue
The Boss
Sue is the beating heart of the business and we are very lucky to have her.
Along with Ian, she founded the business after starting a family. When she was pregnant with Lottie she found there wasn't much choice to view baby equipment in the area. With the farm still running, Sue & Ian bought some buildings off the farm to start the shop...30 years later they are still there and still expanding the store!
Nothing means more to Sue than her family and that includes her staff and customers!

Master handy man, chief stock checker and official cake taster!
Ian has been by Sue's side since the beginning and even helped convert the original barn into the shop!
You'll see Ian around the store, bringing your items through from our warehouse in-between raiding the cake and biscuits in the coffee shop!
A true family man and a real happy face, Ian is always on hand to help!
Lottie
Going from head product tester at 9 months old to her parents right hand woman at 30, Lottie has always been part of The Baby Barn.
After working for the Riding for the Disabled Association for a number of years, she came back to the business during the COVID pandemic to help and has never left!
Lottie's passions are her animals and being outside with her husband Mike and she is keen to pass that on to her sons, Freddie & Charlie.
Ben
Ben is the younger of the Dronfield siblings. As well has running his own Telecoms Business, he is our relief delivery driver and helps out in the warehouse and with maintenance of the store.
When he isn't travelling the world he absolutely loves to tease Lottie and cause mischief with his nephews!

Silke
Office & Customer Care Assistant
Not one to sit still Silke likes to keep busy whether it’s spending time with family, friends or the many groups she belongs too.
Silke is at her happiest when she is either helping customers or eating cake….

Hayley
Hayley joined us 8 years ago from an M&P store. Having been in the industry out of school, she is great with customers and has brilliant product knowledge.
Being a keen horsewoman and a mum of one, Hayley is a mum that is always on the go!

Tracie
Tracie has been in the Nursery industry for over 25 years and part of The Baby Barn Team for over 17!
Being a parent to two and an industry expert, Tracie's biggest passion is finding the perfect product for your needs.

Claire
Claire originally joined as head barista in our café, however being such a natural with customers she quickly moved over to the shop floor.
When Claire isn't at work you will most likely find her out enjoying the outdoors

Jess
Jess has been part of The Baby Barn team for over 5 years.
Having recently engaged, she's well and truly in wedding planning mode with the countdown to the big day coming soon.
Her vast knowledge makes her a favourite with new parents and being a mum of 2 girls herself means she can draw from personal experience.

Rhiannon
Rhiannon has recently joined the team!
With 3 wonderful kiddies at home, she has a wealth of pram and travel system knowledge that she has picked up first hand from being a recent Mum herself!
You'll see Rhiannon in store on Saturdays

Vicki
Vicki has recently joined us full time so you will see her about the store unless she is spending some time with her husband and 2 girls.
A lover of all things Disney, when she isn't at work, she is planning her next adventure to Disneyland!

Freddie & Charlie are the third generation of "Dronfields" to be running around The Baby Barn.
Be warned, if you visit whilst they're in store, you maybe subjected to a game of hide and seek or Knights and Dragons!
